# Cancellation or rebooking costs

The costs for a cancellation or rebooking can be obtained from the payment processing contract with Converia. Generally, processing fees apply, once a refund becomes necessary.

Always charge a respective fee for cancellations. Calculate this fee properly to ensure that at least the cancellation costs payable to Converia (including taxes) are covered. In this way, cancellations by attendees do not result in uncovered additional costs for you.
