# Add and edit articles

CMS -> Navigation -> Article

To create an article, a category must be selected and then a new entry added (Fig. 3). You can choose between different article types, whereby an RTE element offers the most scope.

{% hint style="warning" %}
In a RTE element, the content can be edited in individual language tabs. All other article types must be created individually for each language.
{% endhint %}

The category assignment (Fig. 1, point 3) or article names (Fig. 1, point 2) can be changed **at any time**. These changes have **no effect** on content already linked in the page structure.

The **names of articles are only used internally** and are not displayed in the frontend. Page names are adjusted in the page structure by [renaming the respective page](/en/general/your-own-converia-website/page-structure/create-and-edit-pages.md).
