The **prerequisite** for this is that [the booking confirmation email is also sent (possibly with a delay)](/en/attendees/setting-up-the-registration/basic-setup-of-the-registration/providing-the-booking-confirmation-before-or-after-receipt-of-payment.md) during the registration process. The document must be uploaded in the processing details of the respective price group (see Fig. 1). However, it is not sent as an attachment in the booking info mail generated manually in the backend. {% hint style="info" %} In order to ensure a smooth mail delivery, please make sure that the [uploaded file](/en/general/your-own-converia-website/media.md) to be sent as an attachment is **as small as possible**.
